AI sales roleplay platform trusted by IBM, LinkedIn, Bloomberg, and Vanta. The company is expanding into a full Revenue Activation Platform with agents and automations. I'm responsible for the product surface, from CRM integration to the Kota AI chat to the automation builder, often shipping designs with AI in the loop.
Founding Product Designer
Modern operating system for enterprise GTM, replacing the legacy stack at Verkada's 700-person sales team. As founding product designer, I redesigned the existing MVP from the ground up and shipped to launch in 3 months with new branding and a design system. This is where I started shipping with AI in the loop.
Freelance
A crypto exchange blending decentralized token swaps on Mantle L2 with a centralized perpetuals exchange for trend-driven trading. I established Butter's visual identity and shipped the MVP, helping the protocol become #2 on Mantle and runner-up in Blast's Big Bang Competition.

A construction management platform for heavy civil contractors, covering bidding, project management, and field operations. I designed CloudRig's first MVPs: a web app for managers and an iPad app for field workers logging data. I also built a lightweight design system for rapid iteration.

A print-on-demand marketplace where entrepreneurs and designers sell custom products. I built TeeChip's first design system and led the marketplace redesign, cutting time to market by 75% and lifting conversion by 8%, with another 14% bump from quick checkout. Mentored one designer on the seller side along the way.
Lead Product Designer
A print-on-demand platform for ordering custom products without minimums. I led the year-long redesign of this decade-old product (formerly ooShirts), lifting revenue per visitor by 18%, conversion by 16.7%, and maintaining a $258 average order value.
About me
Currently a product designer at Hyperbound, an AI sales roleplay platform. Before this, I was founding designer at Athean, and earlier led design at Scalable. Over the past nine years, I’ve worked across AI sales enablement, e-commerce, fintech, crypto, gaming, and construction tech.
I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a bachelor’s in Communication Design and Human-Computer Interaction, followed by a master’s in HCI, where I deepened my passion for melding design with technology.
I grew up across the USA, South Korea, Peru, Paraguay, and Thailand. Those experiences taught me to adapt quickly and embrace different perspectives.
I also volunteered for nearly two years of military service in South Korea. Choosing to serve despite my exemption taught me the resilience reflected in a military saying I still carry: “If you can’t make it work, make it work.”
